Where to start? First off the food here is amazing! If you tired of strip food for tourists then this is you place! The restaurant food is amazing. Its everything you'd ever want for a Las Vegas experience. This is also a brewery. All domestics are available but their brewed beer is excellent and full bodied. Theybalso brew their own root beer soda here- yes its great too. The best by far is their barbequed rib plate during the day. Due to the hospitality and the people at Ellis Island this is an annual dinner and gaming destination while we are in Vegas.
