I don’t know where some of the people that left such horrible comments were staying, but I don’t think it was Casino Royale. The rooms were just remodeled. The rooms have always been clean for as long as we have been coming here. We have been staying here for over 11 years. Yes, there are a few rude people that work here and at every other casino in town. Maybe you should all stay at the Bellagio where you can get more for mama & daddy’s money and perhaps you won’t complain as much over there. We will always come back here to stay. We love you guys. We will see you all in September or October.
Sincerely,
Anne & Anthony

This place that I have stayed at more than 20 times is the best bargain in Vegas. No, it’s not overly fancy, but for the low end player the gambling is cheap and the center strip location is the best in Vegas. Most importantly, the place had given up more than it’s share of giant jackpots!

This place sucks, iterally. Caught someone giving a blowjob to a midget on the elevator.

Great hotel for the price. This is a great place to stay if you want a central location at a low price and don’t plan to spend much time in the room.

Casino Royale si great for the price. The last low lying place left.

A must stop for us on every trip, good video poker, $1 beers and margaritas, how can you pass that up while taking a walk down the strip?

Oh boy, what can I say about this place… The first time we walked in here was in the morning to check out the food court to see if we could get something for breakfast. It was surprisingly crowded even for a morning, however we didn’t play at that time. We went back the next day to sign up for their players’ card and get the $50 in free play, which by the way can only be used on their predetermined slots. But, we played anyway… what the heck right? Well, we sat down at one of the slots near the bar and it REAKED of vomit all over the place. It was impossible to stay anywhere near there for more than a couple of minutes. We finished up our freeplay and moved to a different part of the casino. We played a few more machines, but it was really crowded so we didn’t stay long. I will say that I didn’t see any drink servers walking around, so I’m not sure if they don’t have them or what? However, they do have $0.99 margaritas at the bar, which are more like a slushie, but hey what do you want for a buck?!

Wanted to get other peoples experience with Casino Royale.

Got into Vegas a day earlier than we planned and just needed a room for a night and thought how bad could the Casino Royale be. Wish I had never found the answer to that question. Even for someone used to staying in lower priced rooms while in Vegas, this was a total dump. Maybe I just got a bad room, but it was just filthy.

Even worse was the attitude of the pit bosses at the crap/blackjack at the game. Rude and obnoxious is about the best way I could describe them. Not sure where the customer service went to in Vegas, but can tell you for sure it did not go to Casino Royale. Could have understood this a little better at Bellagio or Wynn for example, but at Casino Royale? You have got to be kidding me. They were so obnoxious to my 22 year old son that I thought we were being punked.

Run away from this place and run fast.

I used to love this casino. Hard to beat the craps. That is until a recent experience. Went to vegas for my brother’s wedding. Ended up at Casino Royale for a little switch-it blackjack. The dealer was beyond rude (especially considering we had been tipping pretty well). It became so bad that I finally had to leave a message for the “manager”. Now I’m typically the last one to complain/file complaints, but this dealer was over-the-top with verbal insults. I doubt I will ever set foot in that place again…and of course I never heard from any management after leaving my complaint.

The only reason why I even thought about visiting this place was because they were giving out $50 in free slot play. BUT, ITS A SCAM!! They choose the machines, and the amount you can bet. The casino is dirty and it smells a bit ronchy. Big waste of time!

Let’s face it. The place is a dive. But it has some of the cheapest tables on the strip. Great odds on craps! Stayed here once and the room was fine. The only bad thing is the dealers constantly hustle for tips. Even if your losing.

Gambled here during our stay. Cheap atmosphere. Too smokey but I did win on the floor so I cannot complain. My wife list horribly but my winnings made up for that easily. Gotta visit the casino.

The place rocks. Cheap drinks. You can get a funbook, with bogo drinks, promo slot play. The place is just fun and good location. Hotel motel, never stayed never will. So not reviewing the hotel.

I play with the fun book because it gives you free slot play. Other than that it sucks.

$1 bottles of mich light, what other reason do you need to stop in? Ok how about good service, friendly staff, low limit games, loose slots & centre strip location!

We just got back from Vegas and it was our first time staying at Casino Royale. I have to admit I was a little apprehensive about staying here because of some of the comments about it. They are wrong! We had a blast at Casino Royale! We (my husband that is) won some money and the staff was very friendly. We would definetly stay here again. It is right in the middle of the strip, but has a downtown “Old Vegas” feel. Room was clean and adequate and the bathroom was clean too! The price was great. Can’t beat $1 margaritas!

Casino Royale is the best. There was my husband and I and another couple that stayed at the casino. We all just hated to leave. The people were just great all around the casino and the food upstairs at the Outback was great,(however, some of the young girls that work there should could be a bit more friendly), we will come back soon.

I used to like to swing in to the Casino Royale to play their “mini craps”. It was a small craps table with a single dealer and seats around it so you sat down (same rules as regular craps and 10x odds).

Unfortunately they removed that table recently so I doubt if my wife and I will be back.

They still have low limit tables ($2-5) but the “100x odds” lure is a bit misleading since you must bet at least $5 on the passline to qualify for 100x odds so unless you are looking to put at least $500 behind each passline bet you have to stick with a max of 20x odds…which is still pretty darn good since everywhere else (big casinos) seem to be locked into the 3x,4x, 5x limits.

My husband and I just got back from Vegas July 5th and as always we had a blast at Casino Royale. This is now our 20th stay here. I don’t care about fancy rooms all I want is a clean room which I have always had here. We won a few hundred here and there and ate at the Outback upstairs. We are easy going people and we also enjoy Denny’s which is attatched to the Casino. I can’t say enough about this place, the slots pay out the tables are great and the people are very nice. If you want a casino on the strip that has loose slots and tables that pay out, this is it. We will be back again in September.

My husband and I have stayed at Casino Royale 19 times in the past 5 years. We have always had a clean room ( not fancy) and helpful staff. It is right in the middle of the strip and it won’t cost you an arm and a leg to stay here. Well, we receive coupons in the mail for our rooms so they don’t cost us a cent. The Outback Steakhouse is right upstairs and it is great. We don’t win big, but we do win and we always have a great time here.

The room was pretty nice. Maybe not as nice as the megaresorts, but nicer than some Holiday Inns at 3 times the price. I like the bath room. It wasn’t huge, but every thing worked really well and my pet peeve, water pressure, was good. The pool is small and some may find it disappointing. I liked it for some strange reason. It is private and has been recently redone. Service is excellent for the hotel, but the casino staff can be a bit rude. Housekeeping and front desk are really great though. No room service, you are encourage to order take out from Outback Steakhouse. Menus in room.

Straight forward Motel 6 style rooms. This is standard fare for a budget traveller. Many people look at this place and turn their noses up, I wouldn’t if I was you. The doors have good locks and clean beds (although the comforter looks like its from the 70’s!) The walls are a little thin, but there are not many rooms so noise was not a problem for us. There is no view but of a wall, so don’t expect one. The rooms were recently remodled ablut 2 years ago, so I think that overall it is a clean quality room. And for the price (which is what this all about), cant beat it!
