Forget Burger Bar - this is much better and more affordable. The onion rings were the best I've ever had and both my Uber Cheeseburger and my wife's Euroburger were great. A tip - just order one order of fries for 2, as it is a big quantity. Only complaint - it's extremely loud inside, almost too loud to converse. It's not loud background music or TVs, but rather muffled loud conversations. The acoustics are just bad.
Great show. Bigger than what they had at The Venetian so it loses something there. Still worth it. Good time.
This was probably the best show I've seen yet! Now, this is what Las Vegas is all about! After seen the show it made me really appreciate Vegas as a whole. Good Job!
Great hotel with great service. Everyone from maids to desk personnel are friendly and accommodating. Pool area is fabulous. Only complaint would be we are here this week while they are working on carpeting, which is closing down rotating parts of the casino. Will definitely be back.
Simply the best pizza I have ever had! This is the first stop I make when I get to Las Vegas.
omg Stripper 101 was the best experience! Our instructor Pony (Which is her real name) was an awesome lady learned a lot. Thanks to my friends for giving my this early birthday present =)
On our visit ended with very mixed reviews. I ordered the Rising Sun burger with onion rings and my husband got the Longhorn. My burger was delicious and prepared perfectly. My husband (who loves brisket) could barely eat his burger. The brisket had a odd flavor and was cold. The highlight of the meal was the onion rings.
We have dined at some expensive restaurants this week and we agree that this was by far our favorite meal. It's a don't miss for sure. The portions are HUGE and easily shared.
Finishing up a five night stay. We paid to upgrade to a one bedroom strip view room and were given a corner suite on the 53rd floor. Great room with spectacular views of mountains on one side and the strip from the bedroom and master bath. The view from the jacuzzi tub is wonderful. The hotel location leads to some transportation issues, but with the shuttles, taxis, and strip busses we have managed effectively. Be prepared to walk a lot or pay though. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. We also love the smoke free environment.
We went to Pampas last night. I ordered the surf and turf and my husband just the meat. Although we were there over an hour, I never saw one piece of seafood come to our table. The majority of meats that did arrive were over cooked to well done. Our waiter came to our table twice to refill drinks, but not otherwise. When we told him that the seafood portion needed removed from our bill, he acted put out and said he would have to get a manager. Never got a sorry about that or anything from either one of them. Terrible customer service. Do not go here unless you have a decent coupon. It's not worth the money otherwise.
We stayed at PH and ate at PF Changs one evening. Had the price fix menu. Egg drop soup, crab won tons, Clemons cashew chicken, Kung pap shrimp, and tiramisu. Everything was delicious, service was awesome. This is a must eat when we are at Ph.
Ordered the Cobb burger. Very good burger. I would stop here again. Rivals any burger place in Vegas.
Horrible late night replacement for Raffles. Raffles wasnt great, but it was cozy, quiet, and casual. This place has a very limited menu. Food wasnt great. The crowd was of the douchebag variety. Also, we came in early and couldnt check in yet so we grabbed a bite like we used to at Raffles. We were not dressed to the nines so we got some stares. Decor was cute, but ambience was cold. Service was okay. Skip it.
Just back from our vacation, as always never disappointed at Courtyard cafe good food, good value. And my wonderful friend and late night hostess CC she always makes us feel at home and we loving seeing her every time we come back!
I visited the mirage 2 years ago not long after they upgraded the hotel and loved it, this time round it has lost its appeal... We were upgraded to a "pool view room" but the only view we had was of the roof and the garbage area, when we got into the room there was food stuck in the carpet and the yellow chairs were black as the ace of spades with what looked like suntan lotion spilled on them. Our bedside light was smashed and the light above our bed kept going out... Our "fresh" towels smelled of food and room service kept forgetting items of food or tried overcharging us... All in all in was a nightmare! Next time I think we will stay at the Aria hotel!
Thought we would try this restaurant, what a mistake! We waited an eternity for the food and when it came out it was the worst steak I've ever had, the waiter didn't write our order down and consequently got it wrong, I asked for a rare steak and my friend asked for a med/rare burger... I ended up with a well done steak that looked like a shrivelled up mushroom and my friend got a rare burger that had sections which were chargrilled! I think they spent too much time on fancy decorating and using iPads to order drinks than actually getting decent staff! Oh and to top it off our waiter had an attitude problem!!!
If you're a HUGE Beatle fan like I am, I highly recommend this las vegas show to you. I was in love with the performance, and the price was every reasonable!
This hotel remains good value. One tip, if you have a strip view, the noise coming from the Cosmo and the upgraded PH pool is unbearable
Oh my gahh! I freaking loved this show so much! Very interactive with the audience. Probably one of the best shows I've ever been in.
Did not stay at this hotel but spent a day there and enjoyed it very much. The sportsbook is still tremendous and I had a corned beef sandwich at the deli there and it was the best sandwich I had in a long time! Drinks were numerous and free while watching the game ( I had my tickets in front of me when I ordered). My group was comped free tickets for "Rock Revue" for signing up for a slot card and we all enjoyed the show very much. Would have commented on the show itself but it's not listed on vegasmate. All in all if you're going to be watching/betting sports I recommend spending time at LVH.
Ordered the chicken w/ my bf who had the Oscar signature steak, it was great. Our server Lenore was awesome. Nothing gotten and prices were right!!! The manager Perry came on by to check on us. He was so nice and friendly. One of Oscars Signature broads Amy came on by and TS us stories in between our appetizers and entries about the history and premise of Oscar Goodman and his Mob connections in Vegas as a defense attorney for the mob. The Resterant has such history and class I don't see why it's ever in the Plaza but our cab driver recommended it to us. We had such a great time and on the weekends they have live music from a duo piano player set, they seemed to have played together for a million years. The middle aged folks got up and danced. It was quite a site. We will defiantly be back for round 2!!!!
Good for a fast bite. Didn't try the Chinese dishes but had the late night bacon/eggs special. Wife had the chili dog. Both left satisfied.
Only went for the breakfast buffet. Omelet was nice and I really enjoyed the bacon as well! Can't beat the price for breakfast and didn't really want to try anywhere else.
Arrived in a Saturday to a packed hotel and had a room booked at the Carson tower. The room stunk of rotten garbage and when we complained we were told that there were no other rooms. They then comped the night and then put us in the Rush tower for the other 2 nights. Neither the sink or shower would drain and the stench was overwhelming but what can you do? The Rush tower was like night & day. Great room! If you're staying at the nugget don't make my mistake book the rush room first!
Visited with friends in late April, 8.00pm booking and it was packed. Hostesses were young and pretty but totally clueless. Waited in the bar (actually restaurant overflow, no room to sit or stand) for 20 minutes or so for our table upstairs. The restaurant music is so loud that you can't hear the waiter, he can't hear you, and you can't hear your table guests either! Food was good but not great, but wouldn't return because of the horrible ambience. I predict a two year lifespan for this place. And where was the English mustard Gordon?
Nice outdoor seating. A bit pricey - so look for happy hour.
Enjoyed the bar for drinks and a pizza. Nice break from casino vibe, yet right in the middle of things.
The food was ok not great and for the price i expect great. The customer service was horrible. I am not the kind of person to complain I work in customer service and I can forgive a lot cause its a hard industry where expectation are high. However when you give crappy service and then can't even figure out how to bill the customer for it that is just to far. On top of all that we had to wait around for an hour after we ate to get them to fix the bill and in the end all they did was give us $20 off the bill witch was over $150. This was on mothers day so someone might think "oh they where just busy" fist it was not very busy only about 30% of the tables had people. Second its mothers day schedule some extra help on one of the busiest dine out holidays.
Very nice. Beautiful rooms. Exquisite all around. The only problem is that you can hear all the foot traffic in the hallway. Doors are paper thin.
Very good. Ate there last year and looked forward to it again this year. If you like the Cheesecake Factory, you'll like this one since they are "sister" restaurants.
Great food! I had the Sliders. Great beer & cool atmosphere. Interesting menu as well. Friendly staff.
Always great! Stayed here Cinco de May weekend 2013. Top rate service & accommodations. Did most of our gambling, eating & hanging out under the pyramid. Had a pool cabana too, which was nice.
Great lunch. Food, atmosphere, service were all top notch. Can't wait to go back.
Lance... You review is a tale-tale sign you are a loser. I'm sure you were trying to impress some ladies in the crowd and were just put in place by the Wynn employees. Be a big boy, act like you've been there before, and the night will go as planned.
Was here celebrating a wedding anniversary. Scored a nice table by the windows. Great fountain view. Went the the prix fixe menu which offers 2 apps and a main course. Everything was very good although nothing blew me away. Service was outstanding and there were plenty of 'extras' in the form of dessert sweets, an opening palatte prepper, and mini-muffins in the way out. An enjoyable evening.
I stopped in on 4/21/13 for a quick drink while waiting on a friend. I sat at the bar for a drink. They changed the menu recently. It's now only one page - used to be a book. I order a margarita on the rocks with salt. It was served in a TINY 6 oz juice glass not in the old bowl margarita cup. So that went down fast. Next a Pacifico beer. My friend arrived and I got my check... It was $21! Baby margarita $12 $7 for a beer plus tax and tip. Be warned a complete rip off! I felt conned!
Very happy with the food and how great the bartenders are. Nice pool view.
Great steak and crab risotto. One of the best steaks I've ever eaten.
Just left today and had a nice experience. The rush tower rooms were great and good housekeeping. Good selection of restaurants and staff seemed genuinely happy to help.
They re did the menu and prices! My margarita came in a tiny 8 oz tumbler and with a beer the bill was $22!
Cost cutting. Service sucked and you used to get 3 salsas with chips now you get 1.
Do yourself a favor and walk across the street to Paradise Cantina by the CVS. Much better authentic Mexican food at real prices!
Chicken pot pie. Yummy. Never fails to disappoint in terms of value for money and atmosphere. Lovely room, friendly staff and all the comfort food you could want.
A nostalgia trip. There are better singers and better shows but no-one else can relive your teenage years quite like donny and marie. That is, if you are 45 or older!
Aptly named. I saw quite a few people having a dream during the show. Nice visual spectacle for 10 mins or so, then quickly repeats itself. I had no idea whether there was any story or narrative holding it together, and frankly didn't care. Great lighting though, but once they had used up all the colours of the rainbow i got bored.
Sensual only if compared to disney world. Forced audience interaction that was not funny. Annoying banter from the 'comedy couple'. Drag queen compare was second class. This is Vegas. I expected something a bit more daring than the occasional breast and scary bare chested man.
Not as good as i was hoping for. Packed, even at 4.45 on a saturday. Pork starter was superb. Steak was average. Beef Wellington was good but not outstandingly so. Sides were excellent, especially mushrooms. ipad wine and cocktail list. i like having a sommelier guide me to a wine choice rather than having to do all the work myself. Pretentious neon sculpture on the ceiling.
Fast attentive service. Great food. Quite a few notches above what you would get in a pub in the UK! Noisy, as it is just off the casino floor, but if you want the atmosphere and great casual food i would recommend it. Superb cocktail menu.
Has a skyview terrace. So many service issues. Lights out, tv not working, jacuzzi not working etc. some fixed some not. Terrace was great for views and outdoor eating but it had no comfortable lounging chairs. Also soon realised we were on the flight path of the helicopter strip tours, so forget any idea of a peaceful relax on the terrace. Every 10 mins a helicopter flies past about 100 feet away.
Ate on the terrace. The inside restaurant looked a little dark. Service was professional, for example when the fountains blasted a particularly high plume the waiter rushed over with a cloth to protect the wine from being diluted with lake water! Food was exceptional. Limited menu choice, but enough variety to suit most tastes. Expensive but worth it.
Stayed in a two bedroom penthouse. Great if you like brown and beige, otherwise a bit dull and uninviting. What do you do if you have a stunning view over the lake? Put a sofa in the room with its back to the window so there is no way to sit and look out. Might as well have been a window to the car park! Needs refreshing urgently.
I stayed at TheHotel for NY eve its ok but a bit way out you can get the tram to excalibar but it doesnt run 24 hours so we spent a fortune on taxis. Theres a strange smell throughout the hotel. Casino was well served with the cocktail waitresses in fact one of the best ive been in i very rarely had an empty glass before they were round again. Overall better value to be had centre strip
Came here for lunch. I had the bbq pulled pork sandwich. It was the great. Beer and food was cheap compared to other places. Service was great. Came again 2 days later You get what you pay for. Its not 5star but neither are the prices
Great food and service. I come to vegas at least twice a year and always have breakfast at this place Only down side is very long queues from 9am
First stay, fantastic. Tipped at check in for stripp view and high floor, got both! Casino was brilliant with good drink service and excellent craps dealers. Remote control room is brilliant, one touch on off is great feature! Friendly staff, i'll be staying again!
We have lunch here almost every trip. Great margaritas and guacamole. Service can be hit or miss, mostly miss but the food is great, especially the carnitas
After seeing The Who at the joint we had a late reservation here. We got there right before closing but the staff were still very helpful and friendly. Cocktail list and beer selection were great. We started with the pretzels and had the French dip and grilled cheese sliders. Not fine dining just great pub type food. Will return for sure if only for the pretzels!
We are not really buffet people, we seem to try one every few trips. Found a travel zoo deal for 2 buffets with free beer and wine for $34 so we thought what the hell, the price is right. Arrived at 7:30 on a Saturday night to a half full room, that should have told us something right there. Service was great throughout, they weren't stingy with the beer and wine for sure. The food selections were overall ok. No real standouts and a few duds. Our trip here reinforced the fact that buffets are really not for us and at full price we would have been terribly dissappointed
Ate here in February. Very slow inattentive service, expected more of a beer selection (bottled selection great, tap selection average), food was average at best. We were sat in the area closest to the casino, great table to people watch. Server took 15 minutes to come to the table, drinks took another 20 as the bar was apparently very busy, or so the server said. Wanted a bar type appy to start but the menu really didn't offer any, when the server finally returned to take our order we mentioned the lack of appys and she said there was more of that on the bar menu. Apparently we had to be sitting 2 tables over to get the bar menu but she did offer it. We ordered the scotch egg and pretzels, both of which were great. For dinner we had the fish n chips and shepherds pie, 2 British pub staples. The fish was poorly battered and the chips were potato logs the in no way resembled chips and both were very greasy. The shepherd's pie was dry and cold like the service;). Never saw the server during our meal so we didn't get a chance to tell her about the meals and when we did finally see her again we were ready to leave. Tried to pay with TR points only to have her return to tell me we didn't have enough, after checking with the TR desk we had more than enough. After saying all that I would return for a pint and some bar snacks, the scotch egg was damn tasty.
Amazing. Had a corner suite loved the wall of windows and fast room service. The bed was super comfy and housekeeping was spotless. Plenty of choices for slots but it seemed that I didn't get much play time for$100. Lots of roulette and card games, but not many craps tables. Restaurants are great as well but expensive. 24 hour cafe is good but they need more variety on menu. The spa and fitness center was good too.
Very tasty cheeseburger and sitting at the bar I was in and out quickly.
This bar is an overlooked addition at Mirage. We spend time here on every trip. Do NOT offer to buy your group a round of drinks. Instead, spend $40 on a large drink to share. The music here is always good and is not super club-like. Look for a groupon to save even more. Have fun!
Pretty average food and a very long wait for three people. Will not return.
Recently stayed at the Palms and had breakfast here several times. It was excellent, make sure you try the pancakes. Not sure what they do to them but they were easily the best I've ever had. Would love to get the recipe! I wish we would have gotten here for dinner at least once but we had plans every night.
It was OK. Recently spent 5 nights here. Definitely geared to the 20 something crowd. Rooms were fine, although I hated the bathroom. The open shower setup is terrible. It looks cool but you can't even turn the shower on without getting in and standing under it. The sink is just as bad. The high arc faucet splashes water EVERYWHERE - very annoying. Our room faced the strip which was fine but friends with us had a room across the hall from us which faced the Tower directly behind our Tower. The pool is between these 2 buildings. Now, this hotel is known for their pool parties and they BLAST the music. We were on the 16th floor and the bass from the sound system was shaking the room our friends had like you would not believe. We ate breakfast several times at Simon. This was excellent, although expensive, $65 to $85 for 2 people. Without a doubt, the best pancakes I've ever had. Also saw a show at The Pearl. This is probably the best sounding room I have ever seen a concert in. It was fantastic! Overall, this hotel was acceptable but for me, I hated being off the Strip. Last time we were in Vegas we stayed at the Wynn so maybe we got spoiled but we will be on the Strip for any future trips to Vegas.
Simply amazing! These people are soooo beyond athletes. It really is a must see. I've seen this show and the Beatles Love, both were exceptional.
Wife and I went to Vegas with friends, they are fans of Hells Kitchen and really wanted to eat here. I was not looking forward to it at all but I must say, I did enjoy it. The whole Chunnel from Paris to England and the crazy ceiling decoration gimmicks (see previous reviews) are a bit cheesy , along with the meat table, but the meal was very good. We all had the Beef Wellington.
The hotel is beautiful and the our one bedroom terrace was great. I feel like Cosmo has become a party hotel. If that's what your looking for, you'll be pleased. If not, it's something to be endured. Stayed Saturday to Wednesday in April 2012 for a conference and did not notice it as much then. Just stayed for the same period for the same conference. I personally don't like deafening music and having to see drunk patrons be nearly carried through the casino by their friends. Our room was more than 50 floors above the Marquee club. Even that far away, the "BOOM BOOM" from the club could not to be blocked out from the closed terrace door. Again, the hotel is beautiful and the service is good, but I'm not into the party scene.
The acrobatics & physical stunts were tremendous as with other Cirque shows I've seen. Theater was beautiful. Music was good but was too focused on the lead man. Of the five Cirque shows I've seen (O, Ka, Mystere, Kooza, & Zarkana) I would place this one in 5th place. I'm glad I saw it but would not go again. There was no storyline to try to follow as with Ka. The clowns were not as good as in other shows. Of course the clowns are to allow for set changes behind the curtain, but I dreaded each time they came out since they seemed to not have enough to do for the time they had to fill. If you only have a chance to see one show on your visit, I'd recommend another Cirque.
Service and food were both good. I normally would not have chosen Mexican, but it was the group's decision. I appreciated being able to see the menu in advance in this app so I had more time to make a decision. Food was great.
Good service and great food as expected from this chain. I would recommend choosing to sit inside the restaurant rather than out front in the mall. If the show in the mall starts during your meal, you cannot have a conversation for its duration: perhaps 10 min. You cannot see the show since it faces the other way. I assume the interior if the restaurant is quieter.
Highly recommend this for all females that want to go out with a group of gals and just have FUN!
The food was good but the service was very slow. We had the grilled artichoke appetizer which was awesome. I had the crab cake salad. The crab cake was excellent and the salad was worth the money. We will most likely go back but won't rush.
My wife and I love good burgers. We thought we wouldn't find a better burger or shake than the Burger Bar in Mandalay Bay. Well, Gordon Ramsey's BurGR is damn close if not better. First, the service was great. The Parmesan truffle fries were some of the best fries I've ever had and the onion rings WERE the best I've ever had.
My wife had the Hell's Kitchen Burger and I had the Farm Burger. We both were blown away by how good our burgers were. Outstanding. I ended my meal with a coffee shake which was very good.
So, as compared to Burger Bar, the sides were far better at BurGR. Shake was better at BB. Burgers are so close I could flip a coin.
Only small criticism was the cost. We spent $100 on 2 burgers, two drinks, three sides& a shake. Not ridiculous but a little pricey.
But, worth every penny. We will be back!
Incredible selection of beer. Tried the Sin City Light which was nice. My wife had a burger and said it was great. I had pulled pork sliders and onion rings. Really good bar food, nice atmosphere and we were able to watch the Yankees game and Masters. We will definitely be back. If you're staying at the Aria, this is a great less expensive option to some of the more expensive casual restaurants in the Aria as the Monte Carlo is connected to the Aria.
Our third stay at The Aria was our best. Tipped the desk staff $20 at check-in and was upgraded to a strip view room which was nice but I should have taken a higher floor when she offered. The resort is clean, easy to navigate, great pool & spa, good service & a perfect location. The casino is very nice but I wasn't thrilled with the slot options or table limits nor did I think that the slots paid very well. Still, its a good gaming experience. Beverage service is continual and the servers are incredibly nice. I highly recommend the Aria.
My wife and I went here three times on our most recent trip. It's less expensive to go to the buffet than to the cafe. The service was slow on all three occasions. I love their new format and I think the food is great. Omelets were fantastic, nice options and variety and most of the items in the lines were really good. This is one of my favorite buffets.
We had breakfast here on our last day at the Aria. The food was really overpriced (even for Vegas) but very good. We both had omelets. Can't complain too much. We enjoyed a quiet and relaxing breakfast in a comfortable environment.
We made reservations for after Zarkana. Great atmosphere, fair dinner prices, mediocre service & drinks and average food.
My wife and I both had enchiladas. She really liked her vegetable enchiladas. My chicken enchiladas were good but not great. The food was fresh and authentic. For Mexican in Vegas, you can't beat The Border Grille in Mandalay Bay. Javier's is a distant 2nd and possibly 3rd after The Pink Taco in the Hard Rock.
I've seen every Cirque show in Vegas (except Cris Angel. No interest.) and Zarkana is as good as most of them. "O" stands alone as spectacular and "Love" is my favorite. Zarkana has some great performances with a confusing story, quirky characters, superb music and some very funny vignettes. Thanks to myVegas, my tickets were comped and I sat in the 4th row.
Great!! Huge rooms. Good service. Easy walk to the Strip. Nice pool. Great price. Great off-strip hotel!!
Very nice spa area. Two tubs, steam, sauna, great service with several toiletries. Perfect for after the pool. Great service. Did not do any massage or spa treatments, so can't comment there.
I love Bally's. The rooms need some updating, but they are large and clean. Prime location. Nice pool. Everyone there is nice. They are my home base when I go to Vegas. Love it!
Didn't stay here, but visited tryst twice this month. What a terrible bunch of employees running the ropes. They go out of their way to make you feel sub par. If you didn't bring an exact guy to girl ratio don't plan on getting in with your friends. The dj sucked. I guess these employees think their club is better than it is. We went to marquee on Friday, got right in and the staff were very friendly despite the large crowd. True professionals. Oh and the dj was Benny Benassi. With a** hole employees like yours and a small mediocre interior, your days are numbered tryst.
Not a coffee shop lol the coffee wasn't that great. Food is good and good prices. The staff and service is awesome. Great/funny ladies working and they are fast!
Oh and you can hear what's going on in the room beside and the room upstairs. Woke up at 3am to someone having a shower upstairs and the water draining was VERY loud!! Rooms Are very dry too. I've had a bleeding nose every day and that's rare for me.
We stayed at TI for 3 nights and had asked for a non connecting room and ended up getting a connecting room way at the very end of the west tower. It's a VERY noisy room because of the train tracks and the highway right out our window (even though we are floor 25) I can't get over the noise and we live by trains in our home town and can't hear them this well. The bed is very uncomfortable and has very obvious body dips in it. Our backs were hurting after the 2nd night. No fan in the bathroom for when you shower, burnt out flickering light bulbs everywhere. Other than the rooms the hospitality is awesome, restaurants are good and location is good. We stayed at aria last time for the same price (deals on allegiant) and we had really spoiled ourselves. We wish we had stayed at aria again. I don't think we will stay here again.
Excellent spot for a quick pastry or dessert snack. $4 for a delicious almond brioche or apple nut muffin seems like a fair price for the setting. Look for the express line if all you want is a quick shot of java.
Good, not great upscale Mexican food. Lobster enchilada was tasty while pollo asada and sides were a bit bland. Might be good for a large group. Skip the $15 margaritas served in a lowball glass.
Just went and saw Carrot Top for the 2nd time. This time I convinced 7 others to reluctantly join me. After the show all 8 of us still had tears in our eyes from laughing so hard. They all said it was the best show they ever saw and best money they've spent. Just as funny the 2nd time. I would see him every time I visit Vegas. I love this show. You laugh within seconds of him hitting the stage and don't stop until long after the show is over.
Just got back from Aria to celebrate a milestone birthday. Our stay was great. Got upgraded to a beautiful suite with a fantastic view. The poker room is one of the best. Great bar service and nice dealers. Everything about the hotel is great and it is located in the ideal spot. Will definitely be back.
Did not honor the reservation made a month in advance for a room with king bed and paid a "deposit" equal to full price of room for complete stay. Said that a room reservation was a request and that they are only required to provide you a room. We were put in an ill equiped room with a small Murphy Bed. They did move us to a better room however remote for TVemote broken and bathtube/shower blocked. When arrived home went through all paper work and detemined that between deposit and payment we were ober charged $130+.s Real shame managment is so poor as most of staff very polite and building facility itself is pretty nice.
This has always been one of our favorites. The last two visits, service was quite slow and steaks were only lukewarm. A companion had to send her steak back twice. They charged for a sauce that was not ordered. Rest of the food was excellent though. They still have the hard sell "photo ops", which I could do without..
Stayed there last weekend. Sadly, this hotel seems to be going downhill. While most staff were pleasant, a bellman was rude to my girlfriend, the service in Tender was slow and the steaks were lukewarm at best (guess that fits in with slow service). Housekeeping neglected to make up our room one day.
Fast take out. Way too much meat on the sandwich. Good location for a simple bite if staying at mirage.
We normally stay at planet Hollywood but we thought we would try Paris. My wife and I enjoyed it. Rooms were nicer than ph. Crowd was alittle older and the theme was aimed at an older guests (30+) Location is perfect. Pool was ok chairs need to be updated. We will stay here again.
My wife and I went to dinner at 5:30 last night since that was the only reservation we could get a month out however it worked out perfectly since we went to a show last night. We tried to come a couple months ago but didn't make a reservation. We were not disappointed at all last night. The decor, food and service were all great. I had the New York strip. She had the tuna and we shared the spinach and potatoes purée. The steak was perfectly cooked and melted in my mouth. Great with the potatoes. My wife said her tuna was done just right as well. Our server Matthew was were knowledgeable and very personable. I have read some reviews that it is expensive and to that I say it is on par pricewise with the other high end steakhouses with the exception that this one is a cant miss. Make a reservation weeks before you come because this place has been sold out from the day it opened a year ago. The place is so busy they have started opening at 4:30. We will 100% be back.
I had the udon noodles with shrimp and vegetable tempura as well as a spicy tuna roll. To top it off, I also had some premium cold sake. All of it was fantastic. I was dining alone and was seated kind of out of the way so I could enjoy some peace and quiet, which ironically I was looking forward to. Just as I begin my meal, they seat a very loud and drunken party of six right next to me. The place was pretty empty at the time, so I found it odd that they could no be placed at any other table. However, I still really like this place and would easily consider a return visit.
