Heartbreaking - very difficult to rate food when you're made to wait (after being seated) for nearly ten minutes without the waitstaff even acknowledging signs of life at your table. We finally ordered a round of drinks. After several minutes passed & the most we got from our waiter was the sight of him having social hour with the tables next to us, we got up and left. We relocated to Emeril's Fish House, which has never let us down. I'll visit Diego again this winter. If they shaft us again, then truly shame on us.

We always plan for Diego during our Vegas trips. The guacamole and Tacos al Carbon are the best!

Service was great. Very dark inside and had to borrow reading glasses and flashlight to review menu. Dinner excellent!

One of the best meals we had in Vegas. Servic was initially a little weak as we had to request our waiter for ordering drinks. After that, everything exceeded expectations. Guacamole was made at the table and it was perfect! Entrees were great and cocktails also outstanding. Dinner for two with drinks and tip only $120... A steal for Vegas given the quality.

Food was ok, $13 for a margarita. Service could have been alot better. Ordered the $12 guacamole, and it never came out.

Overall good food but not quite as good as the price suggests. They have some big tables for large groups which can be fun if you are traveling with a gaggle. Service was average.

I just got home from Vegas and I told everyone I know about my dinner here. A little pricy per person but well worth it and great service. The bartenders were super cool and made great drinks. A must go if u like Mexican food. Thanks MGM.!!!!!!!!

Food was sub par and we asked our waitress for another round of beer when the food was dropped but the beer didn't show up well after we ate!!!!

Great food and very good service. The bar area was a bit too cold/impersonal. The wall of tequila bottles isn't lit well enough to read the labels on the bottles. However, these are just minor flaws. Food (cochinita pibil) was excellent.

This place is great! The food was awesome. Crab empanadas, tequilla shrimp, the lobster tacos and enchiladas was absolutley de-lish! We are visit MGM frequentlyas we are locals and this is by far the best restaurant in the hotel. the bill was $100 for two-including one maragrita. the 3 salsas on the table were equaly delicious. We simply can't get enough of this place. But be warned-if you are lookinh for your typlical mexican dinner, with rice & beans and burritos and such this isn't the place for you. This is gourmet, up-scale fare.
