Restaurant Ratings & Reviews Lago Buffet (Caesars Palace)

Sub par food! Decor was cool though. Horrible service!

Thought the whole experience was great. The line took forever to go through to purchase tickets and the cashiers could have sped it up a little. We went for lunch and the food was amazing. There wasn't really a line and they had a nice variety. The best part was the dessert bar which was incredible. Minis is the perfect dessert to try a variety. I would definitely go back again :) suggest this buffet highly.

For a buffet you would love this - great prime rib and the desert table is crazy !!!

Food was ok but was quite small and the area was cramped. Had cereal but there was no milk out, asked for some and got told it was where it wasn't- not helpful. Our actual server was attentive but was put off when she picked the receipt off the table, circled "gratuity not included" in thick marker pen and shoved it under my nose. Won't bother going back, there are much better buffets available.

Lago was great and very upscale!

The size of this buffet compared to others in Vegas was about 1/16th, food was good but the area was SO small that there was hardly anything to choose from. Skip it!

Ok place. Very small selection. Closes at 3 pm on tues and wed thats sucked. Had the buffet of buffets card otherwise not worth price.

Service was good but threre wasn't that great of a selection for the price. Didn't mind it but wouldn't go back.

Spot on!

Astoundingly small for a buffet at one of the larger resorts. Tried it for breakfast and was surprised by how limited the selection was, especially since the pricing is similar to larger, more popular buffets. Food was decent, but the service was terrible. Waitress was rude and neglectful. The restaurant space is gorgeous though. Lots of natural light with an elegant decor. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Ate here on our first night in Vegas for conveniance, didn't have high expectations due to reviews on here but it was worse than we imagined! Hardly any choice and what was there was dry and tasteless. Avoid at all costs! Bad bad bad!

If it's free eat there but if you have to pay run the other way.

Ya I second the person below. About 4 out of the 6 in our party had to hit the bathrooms for the next few hours off and on and let's just sat it wasn't puking. Needless to say our evening trying to get our groove on at Pure was interrupted a lot. The only credit I'll give them is for a pretty tasty Caesar salad (which would have been an insult if it wasn't good). On top of it the waitress took 10min in between each drink request and had the audacity to argue with me over the fact that Bigelot DOES have English Breakfast tea. For tea drinkers you are probably laughing right now, I finally settled for Earl Grey. I was very shocked, I thought Cafe Lago would be the caliber of the Bellagio or Paris buffets since Caesar's is such an over the top hotel

Great food for a coffee shop and the atmosphere is much much nicer than most!

January 2004. First visit found great food but unexceptional service. Second visit found exceptional service and food. Buffet a great value--quality, fresh fruit and foods. Inconsistency in service but nothing really poor. Went from exceptional to good. Give it a try. Mary

My favorite 24hr coffee shop on the Strip. Portions are usually huge (though sometimes they could provide a little more in the sides) and everything I had over several visits was delicious.

Food was average but reasonable for a resort/casino coffee shop. The service was spotty though.

Average food and service for a weekend lunch. Portions were huge but the food was pretty bland. It was pretty busy but I fell through the cracks as far as service. Waitress disappeared for abotu 20 minutes while I waited for my check. Bummer.

Have been for breakfast and late night "supper", both were great. Especially enjoyed the great service and they have KENO. Food was above average on both occasions.
