I took my girlfriend (now fiancé) here for her birthday last May. We absolutely love this place. Nice atmosphere. We watched the Pirate show across the street while we dined. I had the beef bourginon which was not on the menu, though I believe it is now. She had chicken Marsala. And we each had a glass of wine. The food is top notch in our book. We will return on our next trip.

The appetizers are very good. This is not the place to get a steak. I paid $58 for a ribeye and it was bad.. Very bad. My wife has a pasta and it was undercooked bigtime. It looked like everyone was enjoying their dishes. From spaghetti to the salads, it all looked good. We just blew it on our selections. At night, this place bumps loudly due to the club upstairs. We liked the atmosphere. Go have a drink on the patio and etch the treasure island pirate show. Very cool. Just stay away from the wet aged steaks. This is not the place for a steak and I should have known better.

My wife and I loved this choice, we had it all, appetizers, dinner and dessert. The waiters recommendations were bang on. The atmosphere was also very up beat, yet we still had a fine dinning experience with a hip feel.

We ate there last night and it was fabulous... The only downfall to our meal is that room doesn't have a refrigerator for leftovers! My boyfriend had the chicken Marsala, and I had the chicken Dominic. Although both were great, mine was definitely the better of the two, and was also served with potatoes and had a bit more chicken than the Marsala. No need to order a side dish on this one, although be sure to have plenty of water handy, it's got a yummy kick to it.

This place was phenomenal. We started with calamari as an appetizer, which is probably the best I've ever had. Both of our dishes were remarkable. It will be hard not to return here next visit to Vegas, but I would like to explored other options.

I have visited Lavo twice, both times for the nightclub. To enter the club, you first walk upstairs past some decorative wash basins. This walkway leads you into the main room which contains a large bar, dance floor, and booths for VIP seating. The bar is rectangular shaped and is serviceable from all sides. The dance floor is not that big, but the club is not that popular so it doesnt get that cramped.

One of my all time favorite restaurants. Every time I've gone, the food & service has been nothing short of outstanding. Meatballs & Oreo zeppolle for dessert are absolute musts

Phenomenal food and dinner service. Ate two nights there. Not an app I didn't like. 4 for 4. Highly recommend filet over their Kobe strip.

Try the bone in rib eye steak. The steak melts in your mouth add a half a ceaser salad and baked potato and bread pudding and you have quite a meal
