We dined at Pearl before the Madonna concert. Called ahead to let them know that we wanted to suprise our newly engaged friends to a champagne toast. Upon arrival the champagne was chilled and waiting. There were 3 Chef's tasting menus available that evening 5 courses for $49. Between our party of 6 we chose all 3 menus. The food was outstanding and the service matched. We will definitely return and highly recommend Pearl.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is great and the service is so good I feel like a VIP.
It is also a great place to go to dinner before seeing Cirque du Soleil's 'Ka'.
