Great food, great server, great room. The manager even joined us for a glass of wine! Took my parents there on a second visit and it was awesome!! Great price too

Great food - but don't go on a budget
For a dinner for two will run about $100 but I think it is definitely worth it

My husband and I stopped by the Range for a late night dinner. I was skeptical, but was pleasantly surprised.
We were sat by a window and enjoyed the views of the strip. My husband had a Ribeye (bone-in) and I had the lobster tail. We ordered their mashed potatoes as well as asparagus. Everything was very flavorful and delicious. It was one of the best meals I've ever had in Vegas! We both left stuffed!

Saw reviews here and decided this was the place for our Aniv dinner. It was Great. Food cook perfect sides great. Told it was Aniv and they did a special dessert with tray saying Happy Aniv in chocolate. Great wine list. Recommend this place to all

Not a huge fan of the Harrah's casino, but tried Range Steakhouse on the recommendation of a friend and was very happy with the meal. Being there alone, I sat at the bar. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had the Ahi Tuna as an entree and thought it was excellent. The Strip view is also very nice. I will definitely eat here again

Underrated, old school Vegas steakhouse. Loved the decor and the view of the strip. Had an excellent filet. Bread basket was also very good. Sides are a la carte and served family style.

Had 4 people in our party. Meals range from $33 to $45, and then you have to purchase potatos and vegtables as side orders at $7 each... etc... Dinner was divine, the ambiance was excellent and clean, with dimmed lighting, great service and live jazz music in the background. 1st tip; spend $3 a person to buy the 50% off coupons at some of the tix4half located around Vegas for an even better deal and to set up your reservation ahead of time. We saved over $80 and it was an amazing meal. 2nd tip; because Harrahs owns the Rio as well, you can get a free shuttle ride between the two - so also purchase the Penn & Teller magic/comedy show at tix4half and save another 50% for an all around fantastic evening!

My meal (a Delmonico Steak 24 ounce) was ordered medium rare - and I asked our waiter I liked my steak more on the rare side than on the medium side! The Delmonico came done medium and not medium rare as requested. The waiter did not come back to the table to inquire about our meals until he handed us our bill! The meal was below par and the service was horrible and unaceptable!

Went here with my fiancee on a Wednesday night. The hostess nicely honoured our request to get a window seat to look out at Carnaval Court/The Strip. Food was pretty good, steaks were of large size. However, I didn't find that it was anything special, or anything different than you could get at another restaurant for $20 an entree instead of $35.

Calvin Brooks and Jeff Popp are awesome. The food and service can be a bit disappointing at times. Understand there has been a management change in the resturant as of November 2006. Looking for something better to come. We will return in April 2007...and look forward to hearing Calvin again. Don't miss him, if you love great music and nice people.

The food was GREAT but it's jazz legend Calvin Brooks that makes this a top notch restaurant. The view is also GREAT!

Great food and a wonderful atmosphere. Add this to the location and the view and you've got a top quality night. The staff are really helpful also.

The food that my wife and I had was mediocre at best and the service was lacking. We sent my wifes dinner back FOUR times because it was undercooked.
