Considering all the good reviews on this place I was really surprised how awful the food and service was. We were there with a large group, they gave a drink I ordered to someone at a totally different table, one person at my table didn't their food till 15 min after everyone else. The service was very slow and The 5 course meal only had 2 courses that were good. Huge dissappointment
Had dinner with 5 friends- it was the 1st night of the new menu- unbelievable experience- great food and service.
Great food
Ate here with a 7pm reservation on a Tuesday night dec 7th. Server immediately asked if we had time constraints which I thought was nice since we did have tickets to see KA that night. Knowing that we did have a little bit of time our server was thoroughly well versed in the menu, explaining regions where the seafood came , how it was prepared, and what flavors complement the dish. Had the Lobster bisque and the Loup De Mer which came over mashed potatoes, asparagus, and mushrooms. I thought it was fantastic. Service was great. I plan to return in 2 weeks to eat again.
Beautiful restaurant, and the food was delicious. We happened to be there during happy hour. The shrimp and oysters were a little pricey, but definitely worth it. I would recommend this place to anyone that loves seafood.
I have eaten here during my past three trips to vegas and loved the food each time. Very pleasant staff, relaxing decor, and great fish. I make a point to eat here on each trip
Happy hour was great!!!! The shrimp were HUGE, the oysters were fresh, and the lobster corndogs were unique. It's 5:30-7:00.. And worth the walk.
I had a dinner here for 16 people and the staff was excellent. They made up our own personal menus, which was a nice touch. The food was great. I know many people in my party went back here the next night.
Delicious! FRESH! Amazing! In a city of 1,000 "fine dining" restaurants, Michael Mina's Seablue was amazing. We were greeted upon arriving by every person we came in contact with from the door to our table against a cascading waterfall wall. Our server, Heather, was so friendly and knowledgable! From the seafood platter to the fresh meditteranean sea bass to the homemade desserts. We were thrilled to find a restaurant that had it all, and then some. It was a little hard to find however. Just keep walking down the studio walk inside MGM and pass Emeril's. I promise, you'll be thanking me!
