The food was great! Service was flawless!
The menu was fun to read but the prices were to high and the tables to small.
Love this place!! Steak sandwich is really really big and good!! Gave this
Frozen hot chocolate tastes exactly like it's named and tastes very good. Sliders & Steak fries are amazing. Will definitely go back & try other things possibly before we leave this trip.
Stopped here for a late afternoon snack and used the walk-up window. There of us shared an order of Kobe sliders, a side of steak fries and a frozen hot chocolate. The sliders and fries were awesome! I hate to disagree with so many others, but wasn't a huge fan of the frozen hot chocolate. It definitely tastes like it claims, but it was too rich for me. A couple a sips was all I could handle. Service was a little slow, but that was because they only had one cashier and one cook working.
Tried the new breakfast menu, it was mediocre to awful. The fried eggs Benedict came with over cooked eggs. The sauce and gravy was good but still didn't make up for the eggs. Just stick to the frozen hot chocolate. Oh but service was very friendly and nice.
Awesome food! Frozen Hot Chocolate a must!
An average bottle of water cost $5. Enough said.
We were in Vegas NASCAR weekend and had dinner here on our second night! I had the "drop your pants" steak or some name like that and my boyfriend had the BBQ chicken pizza, both were phenomenal!!! This is now on my list of must dos for our next trip, the steak was done perfectly and the chimmi churri sauce was great! One of the best steaks i've ever had and a bargain at just $20. The pizza was amazing the BBQ sauce was so flavorful! I really wanted to try the frrrozzzen hot chocolate but we were WAY too full! Overall it was the best meal we had in Vegas for under 50 bucks!
Sort of an ice cream/american food joint. I recommend it. Massive menu... Awesome Ruben sandwich. The corned beef is perfect. My wife had the the full Monty sandwich because it sounded good. It was basically a massive loaf of hard bread with a sliver of chicken. Wish I could have tried the frozen hot chocolate. Everyone was getting it but I was too full.
Good food, chili dog was good and all portions are huge. Service was slow but for lunch good stop overall.
The food was good but the frozen hot chocolate and strawberry Sunday was Great!! Would still prefer the original in New York..
Never tried the food but the frozen hot chocolate is awesome. Same thing with the banana split. Price is a little high but I don't mind spending more if the product is good.
Ordered the frozen hot chocolate from the take out window because I heard it was to die for. It wasn't. It was a disappointment, and for the price, definitely not worth it.
As an hot dog aficionado I was a little leery of Serendipity's $12.50 foot long chili dog but decided I needed to try it...for science! It was actually very good. Nice grilled beef dog and not very greasy. A very different animal (probably literally) than the 99 cent dog at Slots-A-Fun. Service was very attentive and prompt and fixed a mistake very quickly.
I loved this place! I had the frozen hot chocolate and my friend had a root beer float. Both of them were to die for! I will be back! This is honestly the best resteraunt in the world!
Stopped in for dessert and drinks. Both were great. My wife had frozen hot chocolate and loved it. I ordered a hot fudge sunday and got a huge glass/bowl of ice cream overflowing with hot fudge and covered with a gallon of whipped cream and had Oreo sprinkles all over it. It was AWESOME!
Come here for what they are known for, namely the Frozen Hot Chocolate, it is exactly what it says on the box. Otherwise its not worth going oiut the way for. A Cheesecake Factory style place with portion sizes to match. We comfortably shared a entree. Service was patchy but it was busy
Stopped in to Serendipity3 for a solo dinner. Around 9PM, restaurant was crowded, but I was able to grab a seat at the bar. That was fine with me, as I could watch NBA playoffs on the flatscreen behind the bar. Bartender was friendly & efficient. I had a Blue Moon and perused the menu. Lots of stuff sounded good; I settled on the mac & cheese, and decided to add ham for an extra buck. It was excellent, seashell-style pasta covered in a very generous amount of cheese, and lots of tender chunks of ham mixed in. Highly recommended; I'll be back to try some of the other items. I did not try their specialty, the frrrrrozzzen hot chocolate, though I did see several being prepared. They looked excellent.
During my last trip in June 2009, I had planned on dining at Serendipity 3 because I heard their frozen hot chocolate was amazing. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to try it, because so many other things on the menu looked so delicious. My wife and i first went for a late afternoon sweet treat and decided against the frozen hot chocolate so we could share the Deep Fried Oreo Sundae instead. NO REGRETS!!!!

As we waited and then eventually demolished the sundae, we saw so many delicious looking meals we had to come back. Second time around we went for lunch where i had a delicious footlong hotdog.

Serendipity 3 will be on my list of places I must go to when I am in Vegas from now on.
March 2010
Thought it was just ok. Portions are huge and pricey. Service was slow.
Fab location and fab food - the frozen hot chocolates are a must!!
Over priced Cheesecake Factory-esque restaurant. Food is decent, but there are so many better places to eat on the Strip. Portions are huge and good service
For a hot dog joint, this place is good.
Good food, good choice & good quality! If you would like space for a sundae, skip starter!!! Never got the chance to have a dessert :( Will have to go back definitely.
Best desserts!!
Remarkable deserts!
Omg! Best deserts!!
Large selection of dishes - arguably too much choice, as it took an age for everyone in our party to go over the menu. Lively atmosphere, generous portions (their onion rings starter looks like a stack of doughnuts, they're that big!) and the frooozen hot chocolate dessert is rightly famous. Lacks the intimate atmosphere of the New York original but still worth a visit.
Discovered this little gem on our last day, great choice for breakfasts, brunch, lunch & dinner. Portions are MASSIVE food fresh and tasty. Mrs Vegas highly recommends the 'Lucky 7's' for brunch! Great big coffee cups too! Try it you will love it!
I had a passable chili dog at Serendipity 3 on a hot July morning. I say passable because while the bun and dog were great, the chili was asleep and pretty tasteless. Big menu, perhaps other items are better. Probably a couple bucks too pricey for the food.
The frozen hot chocolate is the best!! The grilled cheese/tomato soup are very good and filling. Ask for a table outside. A little bit on the pricey side.... Frozen Hot Chocolate $8.95.
Go for the amazing frozen hot chocolate!!! It is sooooo good! We also had potatoe skins that were great. Every desert that I saw pass by the table made my mouth water!!!
I'm not impressed!!
