Two restaurants in one: "The Grill" (casual) and the main dining room. I tried The Grill and it's okay but I think I prefer Stratta at Wynn. But, this is probably the highest cut chef you will find cooking casual Italian in town, since Mr. Stratta is already occupied with Wynn's gourmet room.

Terrible experience. Tried to reserve at the grill for me and my parents over open table and got booked in the main (more expensive) restaurant. Not a huge deal but we weren't planning on that fancy a meal and the menu was different, lacking most of the items we had come for. The trouble came when we finally figured out what happened. Our drinks server was excellent and very helpful and actually got us the grill menus, but the captain insisted on charging us $5 extra per entree for sitting in the main room, and generally nickeled and dimes us at every turn. We would have walked out if we had had time to eat elsewhere before our show. We slipped the drinks server forty bucks and stiffed the captain on his tip. A chat with the manager on the way out got the $5 surcharges dropped, but the damage was done. Too bad for then, since I returned to Venetian a few months later with my bachelor party full of lawyers and bankers and ate at Delmonico and Bouchon instead. I unfortunately couldn't find the captain again to tell him about the mistake he made in treating us so poorly.

Lackluster service with average food. The high point of the meal was discovering a used bandaid in the bread basket (as God is my witness). I informed our waiter in a very discreet manner, and the result? A new basket of bread with a muttered apology. My God, I had a USED BANDAID IN MY FOOD! Unbelievable.
