Restaurant Ratings & Reviews Victorian Room (Bill's Gambling Hall and Saloon)

The menu and how it worked were a bit confusing but don't let that deter you - great, inexpensive food, never crowded and you get lots of attention. Listening to the cashiers gossiping while we ate was a bit irritating though.

Great late night food. Ask for the Midnight Teaser. Not on the menu anymore, but $5 from 12-7am. Great drunk food. Erwin, the waiter, is the best!

Great eggs, great Chinese food, great late night deals and HUGE portions! Worth the wait! We make it here a couple times each trip. Price is right on too!

Had breakfast. It was your standard fare, nothing special but didn't suck either. However, service here was brutal. Not sure if they didn't have enough waitstaff working or what the deal was but to say it was slow would be an understatement.

Best Chinese food on the strip. Been eating there for years. I live three blocks away, and make it in once, or twice a month. Delicious.

The $5.99 steak and eggs is the perfect 4am treat. A great quality dive restaurant.

The Chinese food here is Fantastic, large portions with lots if flavour. The breakfast special of steak and eggs was so-so, much like the service. Decent value for money.

Good breakfast food available 24 hours.

I had the Steak and eggs a couple if times on my last visit. Not great at all. Also the staff wasn't all that friendly.

4.99 Steak Eggs Hasbrowns enough said...after midnight that is. For years i've gone here as a tradition. Its got a old school vibe.

Sure, this is a greasy spoon restaurant. But for us, a late night meal here (or early morning) is a Vegas tradition. The food is good for what it is. Try the club, good stuff.

Pretty interesting crowd here late night/early morning. Usually a line up for food that is a few notches above Denny's. Still late night hunger can be sufficiently satisfied here.

Ok, we only had 1 meal here, after a whole night being up in Vegas, so take this review with a grain of salt if you want. We had chinese food here, yes it was cheap, and all you can eat, but it was not good, not good at all.

Went for the steak and egg special. There was a long wait to get seated, a long wait for my order to be taken, a long wait for the food and an even longer wait for the check. Food was meh, not bad but not the best ive eaten. The staff was nice just seemed a bit frazzled and scatterbrained that night. Id say give it a shot, just be prepared to wait

You people are crazy! I will eat here everyday! I have been to the 5 stars in Vegas, ok yeah, this isn't one of them. But for any everyday meal, this is the spot. The 9.99 all you can eat Chinese plate is off the hook! If you finish just one I congratulate you. Made fresh too, not just sitting there. And for 12$ they have the most delicious open face hot turkey sandwich with mashed potatos, veggies, gravy and cranberry sauce. Portions are huge. Food is like "home." LOVE IT!

"cocktails to the dining room please, cocktails to the dining room". You will hear that 25 times in this Casino. People must want to booze it up bad in the dining room. Seriously, you can do a lot worse for food. The staff is attentive and the Asian dishes are quite tasty.

Stopped here for a late night/ early morning meal after some grinding at the craps tub at Casino Royale. Nice enough place and decent coffee shop food.

Enjoyable breakfast/brunch.

This is the 24 hour place at the all-new (har de har) Bill's.

Although this is a budget hotel and the menu represents it's former years as a local's chain, the prices are in line with the strip monoliths. And if my meal is any representation to go by, it's lackluster food presented in great form. Seriously, my roast beef sandwich tasted like it had been sitting around for a while, and was not nearly worth it's price, but where this is the kind of thing that would send me out the door, I may give these people another try in the future.

Here's why: Atmosphere and service. The dining room itself feels like you're eating in somebody's nice house (think a rich grandmother or something), but the people here were some of the friendliest and most attentive I've seen at this level of eatery. The people working here seem like they've been doing this for a while.

Drinks and requests came about as quickly as I could ask for them, and they didn't even mind after the meal that I sat there slurping down Pepsis while reading the paper for a good 10 minutes or so. After I said that no, I don't need another Pepsi, they brought the check with little or no fuss.

It's not the greatest 24hr in the world, but on Flamingo/LVB your choices are not so tantalizing (Flamingo, IP, Bally's) or directed at the well-heeled (Caesars, Cafe Bellagio.) If I find myself at this crossroads in need of food again, I'll probably give it another shot. And if opinions change, I'll post again.

As far as value for money goes you can't do much better. The food is good and the service is fine.

We always make a point to visit the Victorian Room for breakfast each time we visit Las Vegas, no matter where we're staying. Love the breakfast skillet! The service here is second to none. The friendly staff must like it here, too, since we've had the same servers wait on us for many years.

Ahhh. Breakfast at the Vict Room after a hard night at the tables. Nothing beats the John Wayne breakfast here. Good stuff!

The late night sausage & egg breakfasts have deteriorated a bit, so stick with the pancakes.

We have had breakfast here many times (usually comped). The food is good, especially the coffee cake, and the service is fantastic.

Classic vegas coffee shop. We have found the food to be very good. Service can be a tad slow only because this place is always packed.
