Show Ratings & Reviews Jubilee (Bally's)

This was ok overall. We saw the topless show...whatever, as a woman, I'm not sure I saw the point, except that it's Vegas? However, having said that, it was true Vegas, old style. The costumes, the singing, dance, and stage. Incredible stage and scenery they have. However, the story didn't really make sense. They had a couple of songs and stages that seemed part of a story then suddenly, I was left feeling confused again. Unfortunately, it was not one of those shows that I can say I enjoyed all the way through. But not a complete waste. We can say we saw it and move on to others :)

Jubilee is a very enjoyable production, but yes you may have to enjoy the Old style to fully appreciate it. The girls are pretty for sure, and the break performances were excellent. I'd give it five stars for the girls, but the dudes in the show need to hit the gym and get a tan. Give the wife some eye-candy too, otherwise it's nag time.

It was like i went back to the 60s. I didn't like it at all, the singing was cheesy and the performance was just old and boring. The only thing that stopped me from walking out was the fact that i couldn't stop laughing at the sequence thongs the men were wearing. The billboard was very misleading. The costumes were lovely though, would have been better at another show.

The show is amazing is not all about boob is all about performer and yes I must admit all the old man I saw in there must like all the boob, the stage setting is top notch very exciting to see.I got a really good deal buy one get one free with coupon and I got to sit in director chair paid only 80 dollar for two.Any way all the performer work really hard to keep audience entertain the light and the scene changing beautifully very well done I highly recommended if you are a first times you got to check this show out it's a must see ***** 5 star

It was fantastic! Great dancers Great costumes! To me this is what I always thought of when I thought of Vegas. It is a must see show. We will go again - the wife loved it as well. Fun stuff :)

Amazing! The show was fantastic and went by way too fast. Everything was fantastic including the sets, dancers, intermission entertainers and the seats we had. We went directly to Bally's to get our discounted tickets. Coupons can be found in the booklets that are free in cabs. We sat near the back in the middle as suggested because at various parts during the show, entertainers come down on a suspended platform in the middle if the theatre. I highly recommend it.

The best bits for me were the intermission performers between the dancing girls and feathers. The main part of the show comes across as very cheesy and old fashioned - but to give credit the costumes and sets are impressive. I'll have nightmarish flashbacks about some of the male performers for weeks ..... my wife LOVED every second of it of course, so tastes may vary. But seriously, a song and dance routine about the sinking of the Tutanic? Isn't that in poor taste?

Still love jubilee after all these years!
A true Las Vegas icon, and the last of the great Las Vegas shows.
Over the years Jubilee has really started earning it's nickname, "Tits Ahoy", which is not a bad thing.
The show is fun, well done and always interesting.
Highly recommended!

Saw Jubilee on a whim, though seeing one of these old-fashioned topless shows has always been on my list. As a whole, I was glad to have seen it. We bought the cheapest seats available, but for some reason, shortly after the show started, an usher tapped my partner on the shoulder, asked him if there were two of us, and moved us all the way up to the front. Nice score, but it would have been better if it was for a better show.

The voices for all the singers were great, though I wonder if somehow, for some numbers, it was canned. The dancing was pretty good, and the staging was elaborate. By biggest issue I had was the cheezy tone it applied to everything and the randomness of it all. Samson and Delilah? The Titanic tragedy? I guess you can turn anything into a showtune, but the real question is why would you?

The interludes were the coolest part, I thought. The Argentinian percussionists were amazing, and the aerialist had an unreal body. Probably the most memorable thing of the show, ironically enough. =)

Like others have said, it's a classic kind of Vegas show, one that I suspect has not seen many of the changes that have happened outside of the theater's walls. Worth it once, maybe, but definitely not twice.

This is probably the last great titsnfeathers show that will ever be staged on the strip so if you want that experience then you must see Jubilee. If you want to see a topless show featuring the sinking of the Titanic, this is the only game in town. I believe they do a covered version Now, which makes this a safe spectacle for all. If you don't specifically want this "retro" Vegas experience though, then you may want to avoid. Saw in 2006 but I don't think anything has changed.

If you like schmaltz, you will mostly like Jubilee!

It has the big feathery and bejeweled numbers including an elaborate production of Samson & Delilah and the sinking of the Titanic. There is plenty of excellent female vocals belting out songs in a fashion of a bygone age. There were several performers giving it their all and several more who looked like they had already given their 2 weeks. I love the old style shows even through my parents were kids when they were popular, but when everyone in the cast does not really get into it, it shows.

The in between acts were excellent. There was a juggler who did some cool tricks with clubs, tennis balls, and an electric floor piano. A two-man acrobatic/balance team left me with my mouth hanging open and hoping they were getting paid enough for their talent. My husband found the aerialist's performance moving and the best part of the show.

We saw the Tuesday 7pm show using the half-price with upgrade coupon from the 24/7 Vegas Values magazine. We bought the same day and received front row stage left in the theater section. Seats were comfortable without the need for much neck craning, and the usual advantages/disadvantages to sitting close up.

Jubilee! is the last Vegas showgirl standard left and I would still call it a must-see for entertainment in a genera of times gone by.

The shoe was great. The girls were great. The guys were a little creepy. The sets were very good. New show more girls less lame guys in the show

1 Star Jeff August 12, 2009

Kind of lame. Wouldn't pay full price. Overheard other people say they were giving away tickets in front of ballys during the day for midweek shows. My wife wanted to see it, and even she was bored after 45 minutes.

Classic fun...

5 Stars Henry R. April 04, 2009

This show is typical of an old Las Vegas style show with the extravagant showgirls and dancers. I specifically liked the huge realistic sets that were used. Great show and well worth the money.

2 Stars Http://Www.Sunseatours.com March 23, 2009

Nice show, predictable but nice. Much better than The Follies Berger. Needs a great deal of updating and dancers need to be closer up front of stage and not so far back. We were in 3rd row, great seats but dancers too far back on Huge stage.

5 Stars Hope March 04, 2009

Really enjoyed this show. A great old vegas feel.

Great show! My wife and I really enjoyed it. It was recommended to us by a relative, and didn't disappoint.

Very Good Show..

Good show. Lots feathers, glitz and nakedness. Some of the dancers were superb. Surprised that so many of the dancers were nearly flatchested. One girl had NO boobs and she was so skinny you could see her ribs; no kidding. All in all a good show, but I have enjoyed others in Vegas more. Especially, Scintas and Clint Holmes.

The costumes and the dancers wer beautiful, but both my husband and I were bored after the first half hour. Even the bare breasts were not enough for my husband to find it entertaining. I was very disappointed for the $70 tickets.

Enjoyable show, beautiful costumes (and showgirls), great-looking sets, a classic Vegas show. Take the backstage tour, it's worth it.

0 Stars gazinto June 25, 2003

This was a good "old-fashioned" Vegas show. Lots of beautiful costumes and backdrops. Worth it to see once. Don't sit near the stage because you lose the effect of the whole show. Try to get center seats, even if they are further to the back. Showroom is big but not so big you can't see.

This is an old style song and dance Las Vegas show. I enjoyed
it as they had different song and dance routines mixed in
with a magician during the break. One of the song and dance
routines was based on the Titanic. The dancers are topless,
but I would have a hard time paying $50 to see this again. The
seating is assigned, so there is no need to tip the matre de
for better seats. I think drinks ran about $6 or $7, but I
do not think it was mandatory to purchase drinks.
